Really good Service and Great Amenities
excellent team front desk service tropical pool
The team was excellent. Scott at the front desk were great with his service and kindness. The tropical feeling pool area gave a great blend of business and pleasure. The staff throughout the resort was great.

Excellent Stay

The outdoor pool had comfortable loungers for relaxation. The fitness center featured modern equipment for workouts. The hotel provided complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the premises. I found these amenities quite convenient. The location was very central. It allowed easy access to main streets like Lincoln Road and Ocean Drive. A nearby trolley bus stop offered free transport to the central area.
My room was not as clean as I expected upon arrival. I noticed some hair in the shower from previous guests. A bit of dust was also visible. This initial impression impacted my overall experience.

inconsistent billing mars stay.
billing issues dark room
i encountered billing issues, which detracted from my stay. i was charged fees that i already paid, this caused considerable inconvenience. resolving this required multiple calls. also the room was dark. it had limited natural light.

the desk staff was quite helpful . the hotel's location is convenient, situated just a short walk from the beach. i found the area to be safe and accessible. the hotel itself was well-kept.
upon arrival, i encountered an unexpected fee of $100 per night for incidentals. this charge totaled $300 for my three-night stay. later, an additional $150 was charged to my account. i found this process somewhat disorganized.

modern gym shaded section rainfall shower
The gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The pool area included twenty loungers and a shaded section. My room, a 1 KING BED TERRACE POOL VIEW, contained two separate sinks and a rainfall shower.
The valet service took almost thirty minutes to retrieve my car at times.
